Can I get a refund?We take pride in the products we promote, but should you have any problems with a product or item purchased through Go T-Shirt Design (gotshirtdesign.com), we offer a 7-day 100% money back guarantee, unless stated otherwise in the item terms section. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, please contact us so that we can quickly resolve your issue. The refunds will be based on a fair use policy determined by us for each individual client. Abusing our refund policy we will terminate our commercial agreement and refusal of any refunds for the respective order(s). We sometimes ask for a reason for the refund to know what we can improve. What if I don't have a PayPal account?If you have a Visa or Mastercard, you can using the credit card option. If not, you can pay through PayPal. You do not need to register with PayPal to pay with a major credit card through their service.
Why did a deal sell out before its expiration date?Some deals are limited to a very specific quantity (if that’s the case, the deal will clearly say so), and when they’re all gone, the deal’s over. You may use the designs for printing on any products in any quantity. You may print our designs on your own products and sell on your own website or shop. You may also upload the designs to TeeSpring, SpreadShirt, Amazon, etc. then offer printed t-shirts for sale. The only thing we don’t allow is for you to re-sell the actual digital design in the form of a digital file.

Can I resell purchased designs from this website as a digital file?
Do you only offer ‘Non-Exclusive Use’ designs?
Yes we only offer ‘Non-Exclusive Use’ designs. This means that once purchased you & others that purchase the same design share the same rights to reproduce the design(s) on any product(s) without limitation.
After you have purchased the design, it will remain on the site and will be available for others to also purchase.
